For a label on the back of student ID card for AY2021,please bring your student ID card and pick it up at Manabi Station on your home campus.
As a special response for the time being, applications for mailing service will be accepted, only if a student has a pre-existing condition or underlying disease that prevents him/her from coming to the campus.
We will send them by regular mail.
*For graduate students of the Management Program, Graduate School of Management, please contact the OIC Administrative Office of Inter-Faculty Graduate School.
The label will be sent by regular mail.
